The Oral Histories Project was initiated in order to capture the experiences of staff members at the Department of Sociology, with the aim of creating a resource for reflection on the roots of sociological study at Cambridge, as well as to envision potential futures for the Department.
The project was directed by Dr Timur Alexandrov, an alumnus of the Sociology Department, with the assistance of current staff and postgraduate students. The team would like to thank all those who participated in this project for their time and insights!
